You can add your clinic’s logo, choose from different mascots (e.g., Tiny the Shark, Rubi, Nicky), select narration style (child or adult), and request subtitles in multiple languages. For larger partners, we offer custom content. This includes adjusted brushing steps, extra procedure explainers, or unique mascots.

All characters are made in Pixar-style 3D animation. They have been tested with children and families through Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) programs.This ensures the designs are both engaging and emotionally safe.

All videos are clinic-specific and licensed to you under the PrepStoriesAI® trademark. They are delivered securely as either:

• Unlisted YouTube playlists (viewable only with your private link),

• Private Vimeo links (with optional password protection), or

• Downloadable files for hosting on your clinic or NHS server.

This ensures your video stays unique to your clinic and is not shared publicly.

Yes. While most clinics start with a branded “general use” video, we also offer deeper personalisation. This can include:

• Using the child’s name in the narration,

• Incorporating drawings provided by the child,

• Adjusting the video script for specific treatments.

This level of customisation is especially useful for anxious or neurodivergent children who benefit from highly tailored preparation.

We take privacy seriously. PrepStoriesAI® does not collect or store any patient-identifiable data. When personalisation is requested, content (such as a child’s drawing or name) is submitted securely by the clinic and embedded only into that clinic’s licensed video.
